Definitely Recommend

Spoon blanks are big enough to make something bigger than a teaspoon but still smaller than a tablespoon. The Mulberry is a bit grainy with different directions of wood grain so keeps you on your toes to make sure you carve in the right direction. Basswood being the softest would be best to start with then move up to Mulberry followed by your Cherry or Walnut next. Would recommend.
