Made in the heart of the French Alps since 1890, the Opinel pocket knife draws its robustness and simplicity from its mountain roots. Over time, the folding knife has been adopted worldwide, and is now recognised as a design icon.

The perfect companion for outdoor activities, whether picnics, braais or hiking, with an easy care stainless steel blade. The various sizes available ensure there is something to suit every hand and every task. This knife is strong and durable and is passed down from one generation to the next.

Virobloc safety ring invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, locks the blade in place when open and just as safely locks the blade away when folded.
